Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping cost may vary on used items, most notably, used amplifiers. If there is a shipping cost, it will be displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska available upon request. Customers in these states are not eligible for free shipping. Please reach out to us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote!
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 10 miles of 2140 E University Dr, Auburn, AL 36830.
Deliveries are made from 11AM – 5PM CST on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2140 E University Dr, Auburn, AL 36830. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11AM – 7PM CST Monday – Thursday, and 10AM-6PM CST on Friday & Saturday.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in a product and would need it shipped internationally, please let us know and we'll talk about it!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@spicersmusic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Only USPS is authorized to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns on new items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
All consigned or used items can be returned within 7 days. Unfortunately, we can't return any books, software, special orders, or items that could come into contact with your ears or mouth.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@spicersmusic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
