Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping cost may vary on used items, most notably, used amplifiers. If there is a shipping cost, it will be displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska available upon request. Customers in these states are not eligible for free shipping. Please reach out to us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote!

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 10 miles of 2140 E University Dr, Auburn, AL 36830.

Deliveries are made from 11AM – 5PM CST on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2140 E University Dr, Auburn, AL 36830. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11AM – 7PM CST Monday – Thursday, and 10AM-6PM CST on Friday & Saturday.

International shipping

We currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in a product and would need it shipped internationally, please let us know and we'll talk about it!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@spicersmusic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship smaller items such as accessories and guitar pedals to P.O. boxes. If you need a larger item shipped to a P.O. box, please contact us to discuss shipping.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy on all new instruments, and 7 days for used and vintage items. If buyer chooses to return instrument, please contact us within the 30 or 7 days after you receive the item in order to qualify.

After 30 days, all sales are final. No returns on personal items, including (but not limited to): software, books, DVDs, in-ear monitors, reeds, mouthpieces, harmonicas and any item that may come into contact with mouth, ears or nose.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If buyers order included free shipping, the buyer will be refunded order amount, less Spicer's Music LLC original shipping cost.

Merchandise and packaging must be in the same condition as when received for a refund to be applied. If it appears that the item has been altered from the state it was shipped in or purchased from our physical store, Spicer's Music LLC reserves the right to refuse refund. This includes, improper use of instrument or effect pedal, modification to instrument or guitar pedal, or any other form of permanently altering the instrument or guitar pedal. Refund will be issued upon inspection of the instrument or other purchase.
