Spicer's Adult Rock Camp is a summer camp that feels less like a children's camp, and more like a guided rock band jam led by a team of professional and experienced musicians. This fun and engaging, yet relaxed camp takes place after work hours over a long weekend and is designed to provide adult musicians an opportunity to improve their skills while experiencing the thrill of playing music with their peers. If you used to play in a band, or if you've always dreamed of playing in a band but never had the opportunity, Adult Rock Camp is your chance!

Musicians are paired into bands based on instrumentation, skill level, and musical interest, depending on camper registration. The bands then work together to come up with a set list of 4-5 cover songs. Each band is paired with an experienced professional musician to help guide the group. Campers receive individualized lessons in their instrument of choice as well as group instruction as they work with other bandmates to create their own unique sound. The band concludes with a "gig" at a local venue for family and friends!

If you are nervous about playing in front of others, don't be! This crowd of loved ones is the most engaged supportive audience around! Set lists are up to the band to decide, but usually spread a wide variety of genres from blues to classic rock, from 90's rock to new age rock, and from folk to oldies.

Spicer's Adult Rock Camp will surely boost your self-confidence while you get to have a blast playing music with a new group of friends! This camp is for individuals 21 & up.

The camp will conclude with a live performance at a local venue.
